How It Works
When someone calls your business number:

Setup
Go to Settings → AI Call Assistant to configure:
- **Business hours** — when AI answers vs when calls go to voicemail
- **Greeting** — what the AI says when it picks up
- **Services** — what you offer and rough pricing
- **Availability** — when you can book jobs
Call Summaries
After every call, you get a summary with:
- Caller name and number
- What they wanted
- Information collected
- Action taken (booking, message, transferred)
Training the AI
The AI learns from your business profile. Keep it updated with:
- Current services and pricing
- Areas you service
- Specialisations
- Common FAQs
