AI Photo-to-Quote

Photo-to-Quote uses AI to analyse job site photos and generate professional quotes in seconds.

How to Use It

1. Go to Quotes → Photo-to-Quote (or use the sidebar)

2. Upload a photo — job site, damage, plans, or sketches

3. Add a brief description (optional but improves accuracy)

4. Click Generate Quote

5. AI analyses the image and suggests line items, quantities, and pricing

6. Review, adjust, and send

What the AI Sees

The AI has been trained on thousands of real trade jobs. It recognises:

• Plumbing fixtures, layouts, and damage
• Electrical switchboards, wiring, and outlets
• Roofing materials, damage, and pitch
• Carpentry framing, finishes, and fixtures
• General maintenance and repair scenarios

Accuracy and Review

AI-generated quotes are starting points, not final quotes. Always review before sending. The AI provides:

• Suggested line items
• Estimated quantities
• Pricing based on market rates

You can add, remove, or edit any line item.

Usage Limits

Photo-to-Quote is included in all plans with monthly limits:

• **Starter**: 5 AI quotes/month
• **Pro**: 50 AI quotes/month
• **Scale**: 250 AI quotes/month
• **Enterprise**: Unlimited
