Job Reports

Filter by date, technician, or job type to see:

• Jobs per technician
• Average completion time
• Callback rate (jobs that needed revisiting)
• Profit margin by job type

Financial Reports

• **Revenue by month** — spot seasonal trends
• **Outstanding debtors** — who's late paying
• **Payment method breakdown** — cash vs card vs transfer
