Assigning Team Members

Getting the right technician to the right job is critical. Conkr makes assignment simple and visible.

Assigning from the Job

Open any job and click Assign. Select one or more team members. They receive a notification and the job appears in their dashboard.

Capacity View

The schedule shows who's already booked and who's free. Avoid double-booking by checking availability before assigning.

Skills and Qualifications

While Conkr doesn't yet track formal qualifications, you can use tags to mark technician specialties (e.g., "gas fitting", "commercial"). Filter the schedule by tag to find the right person.

Reassigning

Jobs get reassigned all the time — sick days, emergencies, scope changes. Just open the job, remove the current assignee, and add the new one. Everyone gets notified automatically.

My Jobs View

Technicians see only their assigned jobs in the My Jobs view. No clutter, no confusion about what they're meant to be doing.
