Converting Quotes to Jobs

The best part of quoting is when the customer says yes. Conkr makes the handoff from quote to job seamless.

Customer Acceptance

When you send a quote, the customer receives a branded email with an Accept button. They click it, and you get an instant notification.

One-Click Conversion

Open the accepted quote and click Convert to Job. Conkr copies:

• Customer details
• All line items
• Notes and terms
• Quote reference number

The job is created in Pending status, ready to schedule.

What Happens to the Quote?

The original quote stays in your system as "Accepted" and links to the new job. You can always refer back to it for pricing disputes or scope questions.

Partial Acceptance

If a customer wants only some line items, edit the quote to remove the unwanted items, then convert. Or create a new quote with just the accepted scope.
