Inviting Your Team
Add staff, set permissions, and get everyone working.
Conkr is built for teams. Whether you have 2 staff or 50, here's how to get everyone set up.
Adding Team Members
Go to Team → Add Member. Enter their email address and select a role:
- **Admin**: Full access. Can manage billing, delete data, and change settings.
- **Manager**: Can create quotes and jobs, manage customers, and view reports.
- **Technician**: Sees only assigned jobs, can log time, and update job status.
Role Permissions
Each role has pre-configured permissions that control what they can see and do. You don't need to micromanage access — the roles are designed for typical trade business structures.
What Happens Next
The invited user receives an email with a link to set their password. Once logged in, they see only the features relevant to their role. Technicians, for example, see My Jobs and My Timesheet — not the full admin dashboard.
Removing Team Members
Admins can deactivate team members at any time. Their history remains in the system for reporting, but they lose access immediately.
