Adding Customers
Add customers manually or create them on the fly when making a quote. If a customer contacts you via email, Conkr can suggest creating a profile.
Customer Portal
Customers get access to a simple portal where they can:
- View quotes and accept online
- View invoices and pay online
- See job status updates
- Request changes or new work
No login required — they access via secure links sent in emails.
Customer Tags
Tag customers for easy filtering:
- **VIP** — priority service
- **Commercial** — business clients
- **Warranty** — still under warranty
- **Slow payer** — payment reminders
Search
Search customers by name, phone, email, or address. Conkr finds matches even with partial information.
