Views

Switch between:

• **Day view** — detailed hourly breakdown
• **Week view** — the full week at a glance
• **Month view** — long-term planning

Drag and Drop

Drag jobs between days or technicians to reschedule. The job updates automatically, and the assigned technician gets notified.

Colour Coding

Jobs are colour-coded by status:

• **Blue** — pending
• **Green** — in progress
• **Amber** — on hold
• **Grey** — completed

Filters

Filter by:

• Technician
• Job status
• Priority
• Customer
• Date range

Unscheduled Jobs

Jobs without a date appear in the Unscheduled panel. Drag them onto the calendar to schedule.
