Materials Catalogue

Build a catalogue of commonly used materials:

• **Name and description**
• **SKU or part number**
• **Supplier**
• **Cost price** — what you pay
• **Sell price** — what you charge (with markup)

Stock Levels

Track stock on hand for each item. Set reorder points — when stock drops below a threshold, Conkr flags it.

Adding Materials to Jobs

When creating a quote or job, add materials from your catalogue. Conkr auto-fills the description and pricing. You can override per job if needed.

Suppliers

Maintain a supplier list with contact details, payment terms, and preferred items. Link materials to suppliers for easy reordering.

Purchase Orders

Create purchase orders directly from jobs. Conkr lists all materials needed, quantities, and supplier details. Send via email or export to PDF.
