Quick Start Guide

Get up and running with Conkr in under 10 minutes.

Welcome to Conkr. This guide will get you from signup to your first quote in minutes.

Step 1: Complete Your Business Profile

After signing up, head to Settings → General. Add your:

  • Business name and ABN
  • Contact details and address
  • Logo and branding colours
  • Default terms and conditions

This information appears on every quote and invoice you send.

Step 2: Invite Your Team

Go to Team → Add Member. Enter their email and assign a role:

  • **Admin**: Full access to everything
  • **Manager**: Can manage jobs, quotes, and invoices
  • **Technician**: Can view assigned jobs and log time

Team members receive an invite email and can log in immediately.

Step 3: Add Your First Customer

Navigate to Customers → Add Customer. Enter their contact details and any notes. You can also import customers in bulk — contact support for assistance.

Step 4: Create Your First Quote

Go to Quotes → New Quote. Select a customer, add line items, and set your pricing. You can also try Photo-to-Quote — snap a photo of the job site and let AI generate the quote for you.

Step 5: Send It

Hit Send and choose email or SMS. The customer receives a professional branded quote they can accept online.

What's Next?

Once a quote is accepted, convert it to a job with one click. Schedule it, assign staff, and track progress — all in Conkr.
