Refunds and Credits

Sometimes things don't go to plan. Conkr handles refunds and credits properly.

Credits

A credit is money owed to the customer — from an overpayment, a cancelled job, or a goodwill gesture. Credits appear on the customer's account and can be applied to future invoices.

Creating a Credit

1. Go to the customer's profile

2. Click Add Credit

3. Enter the amount and reason

4. The credit is applied automatically to their next invoice

Refunds via Stripe

For Stripe payments, process refunds through your Stripe dashboard. Conkr syncs the refund status automatically.

Refund Policy

Your refund policy should be clear. Add it to your terms and conditions so customers know what to expect before they book.
