Reviews drive new business. Conkr automates the collection process so you don't have to remember.

How It Works

When a job is marked Paid, Conkr waits a configurable delay (e.g., 3 days), then sends a review request to the customer.

Review Request Template

customise the message in Reviews → Templates. Include:

• A thank you for their business
• A link to your Google Business profile
• A direct feedback form (optional)

Channels

Send review requests via:

• **Email** — branded, with direct links
• **SMS** — short and punchy, high open rates

Response Tracking

See who's been asked, who's responded, and who hasn't. Follow up manually with non-responders if needed.

Negative Feedback Handling

If a customer leaves negative feedback, Conkr alerts you immediately. You can respond directly and try to resolve the issue before it becomes a public review.
