Review Templates

The way you ask for a review matters. Custom templates let you match your brand voice and increase response rates.

Default Template

Conkr comes with a default template:

"Hi [Name], thanks for choosing [Business]. If you're happy with our work, we'd love a quick review. It helps other homeowners find us. [Link]"

Customising Templates

Go to Reviews → Templates and edit:

• **Subject line** — what appears in their inbox
• **Body text** — the message
• **Call to action** — the button text
• **Signature** — your sign-off

Variables

Use variables to personalise:

• [Name] — customer's first name
• [Business] — your business name
• [JobType] — the type of work done
• [Technician] — who did the work

A/B Testing

Try different templates and see which gets better response rates. Track opens, clicks, and reviews per template.
