Permission Details
Admin can:
- Manage billing and subscriptions
- Change business settings
- Add and remove team members
- View all data and reports
- Delete anything
Manager can:
- Create and edit all jobs and quotes
- Manage customers
- View analytics and reports
- Send invoices
- Cannot access billing or admin settings
Technician can:
- View only their assigned jobs
- Update job status and add notes
- Upload photos
- Log timesheet entries
- View their own schedule
