Permission Details

Admin can:

  • Manage billing and subscriptions
  • Change business settings
  • Add and remove team members
  • View all data and reports
  • Delete anything

Manager can:

  • Create and edit all jobs and quotes
  • Manage customers
  • View analytics and reports
  • Send invoices
  • Cannot access billing or admin settings

Technician can:

  • View only their assigned jobs
  • Update job status and add notes
  • Upload photos
  • Log timesheet entries
  • View their own schedule
