Scheduling Jobs

Good scheduling means fewer gaps, less travel time, and happier customers. Conkr makes it simple.

Scheduling from a Job

Open any job and click Schedule. Pick a date and time slot. If the job has a preferred date (from the quote), that's pre-filled.

Scheduling from the Calendar

In the Master Schedule, click any empty slot to create a new job or schedule an existing unscheduled one.

Recurring Jobs

For maintenance contracts or regular service visits, use Recurring Jobs. Set the frequency (weekly, monthly, quarterly), and Conkr auto-creates the jobs.

Travel Time

The schedule accounts for travel time between jobs. When you assign consecutive jobs, Conkr estimates drive time based on distance.

Conflicts

If you try to schedule two jobs at the same time for the same technician, Conkr warns you. You can override if it's intentional (e.g., a quick drop-off between two full jobs).
