Sending and Following Up on Quotes

Get your quotes in front of customers and close more deals.

Sending a quote is only half the battle. Following up is where jobs are won.

Send Options

When your quote is ready, click Send:

  • **Email** — branded PDF attached, accept button included
  • **SMS** — link to the customer portal where they can view and accept
  • **Copy link** — share via WhatsApp, Messenger, or any channel

Customer Portal

Customers view quotes in a simple, branded portal. No login required — they just click the link. They can:

  • View the full quote
  • See line item breakdowns
  • Accept or decline
  • Request changes

Tracking

Conkr shows you:

  • When the quote was sent
  • When it was opened
  • When it was accepted or declined
  • How many times it was viewed

Follow-Up

Don't let quotes go cold. Conkr can send automated follow-up reminders:

  • 24 hours after sending (gentle nudge)
  • 3 days after (value reminder)
  • 7 days after (urgency + last chance)

Configure follow-up rules in Settings → Notifications.
