Setting Up Your Business Profile

Configure your branding, contact details, and defaults.

Your business profile controls what customers see on quotes, invoices, and emails. Getting this right from day one saves you from editing every document manually.

Business Details

In Settings → General, add:

  • **Business name** and **ABN/ACN** — appears on all documents
  • **Trading name** — if different from legal name
  • **Phone, email, and address** — customer contact info

Branding

Upload your logo (PNG or SVG, square works best). Your logo appears on quote and invoice PDFs, as well as the customer portal.

Default Terms

Add your standard payment terms (e.g., "7 days" or "50% deposit, 50% on completion"). These auto-populate on every new quote and invoice. You can override per document if needed.

Document Numbering

Set your starting quote and invoice numbers. If you're switching from another system, start where you left off to avoid duplicates.

Tax Settings

Configure your default GST rate and whether prices are shown inclusive or exclusive of tax. This applies across all quotes and invoices.
