Creating a Ticket
Go to Support in your dashboard. Click New Ticket and describe your issue. Include:
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- Screenshots (if relevant)
- Error messages (if any)
Ticket Status
Tickets have statuses:
- **Open** — waiting for our team
- **In Progress** — we're working on it
- **Waiting for you** — we need more info
- **Resolved** — fixed or answered
- **Closed** — no further action needed
Response Times
We aim to respond to all tickets within 4 business hours. Priority support (Scale and Enterprise) gets faster response times.
Knowledge Base
Before submitting a ticket, check the Knowledge Base. It covers common questions and troubleshooting steps.
