Stuck on something? Our support team is here to help.

Creating a Ticket

Go to Support in your dashboard. Click New Ticket and describe your issue. Include:

  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened instead
  • Screenshots (if relevant)
  • Error messages (if any)

Ticket Status

Tickets have statuses:

  • **Open** — waiting for our team
  • **In Progress** — we're working on it
  • **Waiting for you** — we need more info
  • **Resolved** — fixed or answered
  • **Closed** — no further action needed

Response Times

We aim to respond to all tickets within 4 business hours. Priority support (Scale and Enterprise) gets faster response times.

Knowledge Base

Before submitting a ticket, check the Knowledge Base. It covers common questions and troubleshooting steps.
