Technicians are your front line. Keep them busy and informed with the right tools.

Technician View

The Technicians page shows:

• Who's on leave or unavailable
• Who's fully booked
• Who has capacity
• Current job assignments

Unscheduled Jobs

Not every job has a fixed date. The Unscheduled Jobs list shows jobs that need scheduling but don't have a date yet.

Sort by:

• Priority (urgent first)
• Customer (group by location)
• Quote value (big jobs first)
• Date quoted (oldest first)

Drag to Schedule

From the Unscheduled panel, drag jobs directly onto the calendar. Or select multiple jobs and batch-schedule them.

Capacity Planning

See each technician's weekly capacity at a glance. Avoid overloading one person while another has gaps.
