How Time Tracking Works
Technicians log time against jobs. Each entry has:
- **Job** — what they worked on
- **Start and end time** — when they started and finished
- **Break duration** — unpaid break time
- **Notes** — what they did
Clock In / Clock Out
Technicians can clock in and out from their phone. The time is linked to the job they're assigned to.
Manual Entry
For office staff or missed entries, add timesheets manually. Just pick the technician, job, and time range.
My Timesheet
Technicians see their own timesheet week by week. They can review their hours, check for errors, and flag issues.
Payroll Export
Export timesheets to CSV for your payroll system. The export includes:
- Employee name
- Total hours
- Job breakdown
- Overtime calculations
Job Costing
Timesheet data feeds into job costing. See the true labour cost of every job, not just what you quoted.
