Creating a Quote
1. Go to Quotes → New Quote
2. Select an existing customer or add a new one on the fly
3. Add line items — labour, materials, or custom items
4. Set quantities, rates, and any discounts
5. Add notes or terms specific to this job
Line Items
Each line item has:
- **Description** — what the customer sees
- **Quantity** — hours, units, or metres
- **Rate** — your price per unit
- **Total** — auto-calculated
Group related items into sections for clarity (e.g., "Plumbing" vs "Electrical").
Photo-to-Quote
For even faster quoting, use Photo-to-Quote. Take a photo of the job site, and Conkr's AI analyses it and generates a quote draft. You review, adjust, and send — done in under 60 seconds.
Sending
Hit Send and choose:
- **Email** — branded PDF attached, customer can accept online
- **SMS** — link to the quote in the customer portal
Follow-Up
Conkr tracks whether the customer has viewed your quote. If they haven't responded in 24 hours, the system can send an automated follow-up — you set the rules.
